Welcome back to my blog !!!! summer Is approaching and we all want flawless glowing skin, today Id like share my views on these products , most of these will help improve the appearance of dark spots , uneven skin tone, eliminate dry skin, even help prevent wrinkles in the future ( it is important to take care of ones skin at a young as prevention is key).
1. Moisturizing with palmer's cocoa butter is a great was to eliminate dry skin, the cream is a thick creamy constancy and just a little goes a long way, because of its thick consistency I recommend using it just on your body not your face as it could be a little heavy for some people. palmer's cocoa butter is suitable for most skin types including eczema prone skin. This product has helped smoothed out my dark marks and scars. I love the smell It reminds me of cupcakes >.< ♥
2. Garnier dark spot corrector is the only new addition to me skin regimen, this product had alot of mixed reviews but most were positive , so far iv been using it for 1 week which is far to early to give a fair review, in the near future i will be giving a more detailed review. But what I can say is that it doesn't really sink into the skin once rubbed in , it also has a smell to it , its not a bad smell but more of a medical herbal cream smell, if you are sensitive to smells this may not be the product for you.
3. Pure Almond oil is by far my favorite beauty oil's ♥ , it delays signs of aging by renewing skin cells, I use this oil to moisturize my face, it is very light and non greasy and melts into your skin leaving it soft and supple. I don't want to get to in detail with this product because the befits are endless !!
4. When my skin needs a little TLC ( which is once a week ) I like to use my honey & oat 3 in 1 scrub which I purchased from the body shop. It helps cleanse and moisturizes my skin giving it a slight glow after every use. The constancy is very thick and creamy and smells exactly like honey and oats, i usually leave this mask on for around 15-20 minutes then rinse with warm water and a face cloth the pieces of oats act acts as an exfoliate removing dirt and dead skin.
5. While cleaning your face with a cleansing soap or liquid it is recommend to use a exfoliating tool. if your on a tight budget and cant get a electric brush such as the clearsonic I recommend getting a exfoliating pad such as the one im using called the organic face loofah . It is slightly rough on my skin so only use it once a day but gets the job done.
6. If you want to get rid of dark spots, scars or uneven skin tone Akoma Black soap is the product for it. I use this to deeply cleans my face, it removes all traces of makeup, oil and dirt and leaves my skin feeling firm and fresh !.
7. And finally I take Biotin & cod liver everyday to help with my inner health to achieve healthy hair, skin and nails. Cod liver oil is recommend to be taken daily, consult your doctor if you want to take biotin.
